Before we take you on as a client, we run our full operations stack on your account for 14 days. You walk away with something genuinely useful whether you hire us or not.
Onboarding & Baseline
We spend the first two weeks getting completely up to speed on your brand — catalog architecture, historical performance, competitive set, current campaigns, and any outstanding account issues. We set your performance baseline. This is the number your commission structure is built around.
Active Management
From week three onward, we are in your account every day. Ads optimized, listings monitored, account health tracked, competitors watched. You receive your Monday digest every week. Your scheduled strategy call is every two weeks for the first six months, then monthly for mature accounts.
